Baby potatoes stuffed with cream and bacon

  1. 🍽 Preparation before baking:
    Arrange the stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with the remaining bacon and, if you’re really greedy, add a little extra grated cheese.

  2. 🔥 Final cooking
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 200°C, until the topping is golden brown and gratinated.

  3. 🌱 Finishing and serving
    Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped chives and let cool for 2 minutes. Enjoy immediately 😋.
