How to do it at home, in 1 minute flat:

You need:
- 2 to 3 very fresh limes
- Coarse salt (sea or Himalayan pink)
- A small saucer or bowl (recommended)
Steps:
- Cut each lemon into quarters without completely separating the segments.
- Sprinkle salt in the center.
- Place on a saucer and arrange in a strategic corner of the room.
- Replace every 2 or 3 days, depending on the condition of the fruit.
Little practical tips:
- Do not place directly on wood: the juice could damage it.
- Keep them out of reach of curious children and pets.
- Not for cooking! These lemons are for ambiance, not for your recipes.
Give your home a breath of fresh air… one lime at a time.
