Hibiscus Tea Recipe (Before Bed):
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers (or 1 hibiscus tea bag)
1 cup water
1-2 slices of fresh ginger (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or stevia (optional, depending on your preference)
Instructions:
Boil the water and pour it over the dried hibiscus flowers or tea bag.
Let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
Optionally, add a slice of fresh ginger for added flavor and benefits.
Sweeten with honey or stevia if desired (but avoid adding too much sugar).
Drink 30–60 minutes before bed.
