Elvis Presley Sheet Cake

1. Bake the Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, milk, pineapple (with juice), and sugar until smooth.

  2. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

2. Make the Frosting

  1. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.

  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until fluffy. Stir in vanilla, if using.

  3. Spread frosting evenly over the cooled cake.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped pecans, if desired.
