Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle toward the pointed end, tucking the sides slightly.
Step 5: Brush with Egg Wash;
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water.
Brush the tops of the rolls for a golden, glossy finish.
Step 6: Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
