Prep and Season
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then place them in a greased baking dish.
Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, garlic, honey, rosemary, butter, and apple cider. Microwave in 30-second intervals until the butter is fully melted and everything is well mixed.
Coat the Pork Chops
Pour half of the glaze over the pork chops, spreading evenly with a spoon. Flip the chops and coat with the remaining glaze.
Bake
Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and tender.
Serve
Spoon the glaze from the baking dish over the pork chops before serving for a comforting, flavorful finish.
