The first step is to preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place them in a greased baking dish.
3. In a bowl, combine the butter, chopped rosemary, honey, garlic, and Dijon mustard. To melt the butter, heat in 30-second increments in the microwave.
Spread the pork chops with a spoon after pouring half of the honey-mustard mixture over them. After turning the pork chops, spread the remaining mixture evenly.
