Oven-Baked Cauliflower – Better than Meat!

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 390°F) so it’s nice and hot when the cauliflower goes in.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a large bowl.

  3. Time to season: Add the olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well so the florets are evenly coated with the spices.

  4. Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper—make sure they’re not too close together.

  5. Place the tray in the oven and roast the florets for about 25–30 minutes. They should be golden brown and crispy at the end.

  6. If you like, sprinkle some fresh herbs on top before serving. Serve the cauliflower warm—it tastes absolutely delicious that way!
