🍲 Directions
Layer the base: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Season: Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Add salsa: Pour the salsa over the top, coating each piece.
Top it off: Add black beans over the salsa layer.
Cook:
On low for 6–8 hours
Or on high for 3–4 hours
(Until chicken is tender and fully cooked)
Add cheese:
About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Cover and let the cheese melt.
Shred & stir: Shred the chicken using two forks and mix everything together.
Serve hot with your favorite sides!
