Simple 3-Ingredient Baked Breakfast

1. Prep & Preheat

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your baking dish generously.

2. Whisk & Pour

  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth and slightly frothy.
  • Stir in shredded cheese.
  • Pour into the prepared dish.

3. Bake

  • Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and center is just set.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

4. Serve

  • Cut into squares or wedges. Serve with:
