How to Make Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps:
Step 1: Cook the Beef:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Step 2: Warm the Tortillas;
Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 5–10 mins,
OR warm individually in a skillet or microwave.
Step 3: Prep Your Toppings
Dice tomatoes, shred lettuce, grate cheese, and prep any extras.
Place toppings in small bowls for a DIY wrap station.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
Lay a tortilla flat.
Add a scoop of seasoned beef.
Layer on veggies, cheese, sauces, and extras.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Rolling Tip: Don’t overfill! Fold in the sides first, then roll forward like a burrito.
